This is a fast-paced position during busy times particularly peak hours. primary responsibility is a check point for Quality of ordered menu prepared from the kitchen before being dispatch and serve to guest. Second to quality is to ensure the right ordered menu are delivered complete and accurate to the right table of guest on time for a delightful guest experience. serve as a conduit for dining and kitchen operation.
Requirements
