Description
1. Responsible for preparing bi-monthly employee work schedule2. Check staff schedule and attendance; ensure that the shift has complete manpower as required by the specific time frame. 3. Facilitate and assist Issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE) & DA(Disciplinary Action)to the erring employees4. Check staff grooming and uniform5.Regularly review overall absences and late6. Read turn over logbook (Key Personnel, Cashier, Cook and Delivery Rider)7. Regularly inspects Dining areas over-all counter8.Regularly  inspects over-all condition of kitchen, equipment, tools and facility are in god condition9.Ensures that spoilage and sub-standard are procedural recorded10. Review all food and beverage inventory reports;11. Regularly discuss  store audit findings12. Prepares, reimburse and liquidate store expenses thru Petty cash voucher13.In charge of the master fund; regularly change the billing bills of the MCF into smaller bills to be able to provide change for the cashier's change fund14.  Ensures that all Beverages are available; machines and facilities are in good working condition15.Regularly inspect store cleanliness and sanitation, present ability and availability of tools; equipment and furniture16. Responsible for the store's sales and marketing17. Monitor Daily Sales and Marketing activities18. Ensures that all company-wide marketing directives are implemented in the store19. Review all product and services evaluation form20.Facilitate Requisition for food and beverage and Non-Food using ordering template21. Facilitate Repairs & Maintenance' follow up checking of store equipment, facility condition22.Ensures that Restrooms are clean, sanitized and in good condition23.Facilitate revenue deposits24.Update/monitor target sales25.Texting of shift sales to Operations Head, Group Managers, Accounting Head, Franchise26.Facilitate Daily Sales and Marketing Activities27. Facilitate Requisition Form on product ordering28.Facilitate reports, reconciliation of Profit and Loss29.Monitors and assist on minimizing food cost, labor cost and all related store expenses30. Motivate, coach and uplift employees31. Attends Mancom, general meeting as required33. Evaluate, recommend team performance33.Performs other related duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
·         Male or Female, ·         Bachelors degree in business, restaurant management, or related field; or equivalent experience is preferred·         Demonstrated restaurant operations experience·         Ability to interview, hire and train other employees·         Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays·         Good communication and organizational skills·         Demonstrated ability to effectively drive sales and profits·         Proven success of building and cultivating strong, positive working relationships·         Computer literate in Windows based programs·         Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction·         Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates.·         Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards.·         Prior knowledge with Performance Management·         Prior knowledge with Coaching & Corrective Action·         Training & Professional Development
