Description
1. Plan, lead, organize, direct and control smooth operations to achieve the established KRA's2. Oversee sales and handles the attainment of sales objectives and targets3. Set clear direction on customer service satisfaction4. Provides assistance in driving profits growth, proper execution or marketing programs and conformance to store standards5. Ensure that store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible standards, being well organized and managed at all times; that all policies, procedures and controls are followed6. Regularly visits and monitor all stores including franchise  and performs audit to monitor compliance to operational standards7. Ensure continued growth and development of the stores with hands on leadership and direction8. Responsible for planning,managing profit and losses, cash handling as well as collating daily sales and other reports requirement9. Responsible to train, challenge,motivate and encourage and provide constructive guidance to store OICs and supervisors and the team related to all areas of effective operations. Drives team performance10. Maintain competitive awareness by continuously monitoring the competition and react accordingly to maintain business advantage11. Ensuring 100 % guest satisfaction though excellent customer service initiatives by dealing with issue quickly and courteously12. Work on implementing employee development programs
Requirements
·         Male or Female·         Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.·         Applicants must be willing to manage and work in more than one store.·         Must be highly experienced in Food and Beverage/ Restaurant service or equivalent.·         Sales and Marketing Oriented.·         Customer Service Oriented.·         Excellent communication skills.·         Excellent training skills
