1. Assist and help in the preparation and production of bread, pastries and cake by the company standard. Practice company training policy and safety procedures.2. Prepare different dough and mixtures according to standard recipe under baker’s supervision.3. Responsible in cleaning the equipment used in baking process.4. Maintains cleanliness of their respective area and baking utensils.5. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
1. Has experience in baking bread or pastry.2. Knows the basic method in bread or pastry baking.3. Able to work under pressure.4. At least 1 year experience as a Bread or Pastry Baker.5. NC II certificate for Bread and Pastry Production holder.6. Willing to render overtime when necessary.
