INTERNALLY - Co-employees and partners
A Store Manager is primarily at the forefront of the restaurant operations. Starting from the welcoming, order taking as well as guiding the customers with their queries, he/she must initiate role as a frontliner. It also encompasses management of the kitchen/wait staff to ensure customers are served and satisfied. He/she is also tasked to make daily inventories and maintain constant communication with suppliers to ensure smooth store operations. He/she is also responsible with communicating to partners any possible operations setbacks and the like.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT - pertains to responsibilities and tasks directed at client or customer
a. Coordinates with co-employees with regards to supply chain updates
b. Build harmonious relationship with co-employees
a. Handles promptly and effectively concerns, inquiries and feedbacks.
b. Establish and maintain good rapport with providers.
c. Establish a good business relationship with clients.
d. Visits corporate clients issuing LOAs or with medical doctors authorized to request procedures.
e. Maintains a pool of Wellness partners that will conduct activities for clients that will be medically
beneficial and cost effective.
f. Attends and monitors activities that will decrease the utilization and review its effectiveness.
2. PROCESS MANAGEMENT - pertains to responsibilities and tasks directed at continuing improvements in activities or processes within the function
a. To ensure that processes are within set standards
b. Prepares and submits pertinent reports like Clinic Utilization reports, Incident reports, and corporate clinic census among others.
c. Refers and coordinates with Liaison officers, Helpline, Claims, Provider Network, Marketing and other departments to verify availment of members and account details.
3. LEARNING and GROWTH MANAGEMENT - pertains to responsibilities and tasks directed at enhancing human capital, company culture, leadership, teamwork and positive working environment
a. Attend trainings/seminars that can help enhance personality and promote career growth and development.
b. Highly motivated and enthusiastic/positive attitude being the direct face of the store and direct supervisors of the store staffs.
c. Self-sufficient and willing to assist/help his/her subordinates when required or do prioritizing incase of faced with concurrent tasks
B. DIRECT REPORTS
a. Expected to provide feedback both constructive and positive to his/her direct reports.
b. Expected to report any alerts in the store related to his/her direct reports to the partners.
4. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
